Hello dear colleagues
I congratulate all of you on the arrival of the New Year. I wish that the Corona virus is eradicated from the world as soon as possible and that we can hold competitions, gatherings and events in person. It has been approximately three years since the establishment of the Cardio Hiit Organization and despite the difficulties that the coronavirus has imposed on all of us, Cardio Hiit has become more and more popular in the world and has developed a lot, and there will definitely be a bright future for this sport, I am hopeful about the future and I hope you feel the same way. In the first meeting that was held online with the presence of the board members in the new year, due to the organizational growth and development of Cardio Hiit in the last three years, it was decided to change the name of the organization from IACH to IFCH. The minute of the meeting of the board was notified to all members and was signed and approved by the them. All members of organizations, federations and affiliated associations will be notified that the activities of the Cardio Hiit organization will be done as the “International Federation of Cardio Hiit BodyWeight Exercise” with the abbreviation of IFCH.
